Our objective is to manage sewage treatment plant projects and deliver services of the highest and consistent quality to our clients.
We shall achieve this through the total commitment of all personnel via the implementation of a Quality Management System in compliance to ISO9001: 2015 standards. The Quality Management System shall serve as our foundation for continual improvement and business growth.
This Quality Policy Statement shall serve as a framework on which quality objective are set all managers shall on continual basis, monitor performance against set objectives. Where shortcomings are identified, the General Manager shall ensure timely action is taken to rectify these weaknesses. The Managing Director shall review this Quality Policy Statement and incorporate all necessary changes in line with the changing environment and sewerage development trends. This Managing Director, General Manager, Quality Management representative and managers shall ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated and understood within the organization by means of:A display of controlled copies of the Quality Policy Statement at various strategic locations within the organization.
Briefing of Quality Policy to all staff on a batch by batch basis.
Briefing all newly recruited employees during the orientation programme.

We recognize the value of environment responsibility and are committed to continual improvement, prevention of pollution and reduction of SLUDGE SPILLAGE
We will comply with relevant environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements to which we subscribe.
Our management team establishes the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets through its periodic management review process. Our environmental policy statement is documented in this Environmental Policy Display. It is implemented, maintained and communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of TDSB. This environmental policy statement is available to the public through our website and in the reception area TDSB.
